PIAF'S BOYFRIEND
RELEASED: 31 MAY 2019
'Piaf's Boyfriend' is an ode to the amazing people who helped and inspired us when we toured our live soundtrack 'Nosferatu - A Symphony of Horror' throughout Asia, Australia and the UK.
Each track title reflects the person the track was written for. The album title is about someone we met at a festival in Malaysia, who told us that as a boy he imagined himself as Piaf’s boyfriend.
The gorgeous cover art is by Scottish photographer Kerry Lytwyn.
"Short episodes of sweet languor, intense memory and sudden vital bursts, as if we were in the attic where all the memories have accumulated, each with its own smell, colour and sound."
